Turnip Trouble is a mobile puzzle game developed and published by jinzhijiang (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how the Turnip Trouble app for iOS and Android (the “App”) and this official website handle information.
02 / App data
What the App processes
The App does not collect or transmit personal information to us. It has no account system, advertising, analytics, social login, cloud save, purchase flow, or user submission feature.
The App stores only the following gameplay data on your device:
- Progress: highest unlocked level, stars earned, and move counts.
- Preferences: music, sound effect and haptic settings, selected language, and whether tutorials or gameplay hints have been seen.
This data is used only to resume your game and remember your preferences. It is not sent to us or used to identify you. The App does not access your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, videos, microphone, camera, advertising identifier, payment information, or browsing history.

When you visit this website
Opening this policy leaves the App and loads the page in your default browser. Like any website, our hosting and network providers may process standard technical request information—such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, and request time—to deliver the page, maintain reliability, and protect the service.
We do not use this website for user accounts, advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing analytics, and the website contains no form for submitting gameplay or personal information.
05 / Retention & deletion
You control local game data
App progress and preferences remain on your device until you reset available data in the App, clear the App's storage in system settings, or uninstall the App. Your device platform may include local App data in a device backup and restore it according to your platform account and backup settings; we do not access or control those backups.
Because we do not maintain an App account or receive App data on our servers, there is no server-side App profile for us to retrieve or delete. Technical website logs, if retained by our hosting or network providers, are kept only as needed for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations under those providers' retention practices.

Data minimization first
We reduce privacy risk by not collecting App user data in the first place. Local game data is stored using platform-provided application storage and is subject to your device's security controls. This website is delivered over HTTPS. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so we review the App's data practices when its features change.

Children's privacy
The App does not ask users of any age to provide personal information and provides no account, chat, upload, or contact-list feature. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us outside the App, contact us so we can review and address the request.

You can manage the App's music, sound, haptics, and language settings in the App, and remove locally stored data as described above. The App does not request consent for personal-data collection because it does not perform such collection.
